Abstract: DSPPA delivered a full-featured smart conference solution to meet the high-standard meeting demands of Kyrgyzstan’s new Ministry of Foreign Affairs office.
The new office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan features a high-standard conference room designed for government roundtable consultations, foreign press briefings, and multilingual diplomatic meetings.

As a key platform for international communication, it requires high performance in speech clarity, sound reinforcement, multilingual support, and meeting management.

Leveraging mature AV solutions and localized service, DSPPA and partner LED Pixel delivered a customized multifunctional conference system for the project. It integrates intelligent discussion, simultaneous interpretation, recording & broadcasting, remote video conferencing, sound reinforcement, camera tracking, video matrix switching, and centralized control—fully meeting modern government meeting needs.

How DSPPA Responded
In response to the specific requirements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conference room, DSPPA delivers a comprehensive integrated system built with its full range of professional equipment, ensuring stable performance and complete functionality.
  • Intelligent Digital Conference System
D7401 AI conference system with 1 chairman unit and 41 delegate units (42 seats in total). Features AI voice enhancement, feedback suppression, and noise reduction for clear government-level communication.
  • Infrared Simultaneous Interpretation System
The system is equipped with a complete infrared interpretation solution, including the D6391 16-channel interpretation main unit and D6392 interpreter units, supporting up to 16 languages.
It also features D6394 infrared radiators and D6395 receivers for 60 seats, ensuring stable, interference-free and highly secure signal transmission. Participants can freely switch languages, effectively removing language barriers in international meetings.
  • Infrared Simultaneous Interpretation System
A complete audio chain consisting of the DMX08 8-channel mixer, D6648 digital audio processor, DX1500 power amplifier, and D6563 full-range loudspeakers ensures precise sound processing and even coverage, delivering clear and powerful audio throughout the venue.

The D6284 HD camera unit works in sync with the conference system to enable automatic speaker tracking and full meeting recording. The D6108 HD seamless matrix allows flexible routing and switching of audio-visual signals across multiple devices, supporting projection and display systems for press conferences and video meetings.
  • Central Control System
The D6601 central control system allows operators to centrally manage all conference room facilities via iPad. With one-touch scene control for conference mode, lighting, curtains, air conditioning and display devices, it streamlines operation and ensures smooth running of high-level official meetings.
